EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Jeffrey T. Schoenherr has been practicing law since 1981, providing estate planning products and services. Jeffrey T. Schoenherr received his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in 1971. In 1977, he received his Juris Doctor degree from Glendale University College of Law, in Glendale, California, and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1978.

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS

His professional memberships include the California State Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar and San Fernando Valley Bar Associations, and he has served as a Director of the Chatsworth Chamber of Commerce and president of his local Rotary club. Since 1989, Mr. Schoenherr has been in the solo practice of law.

AREAS OF PRACTICE

In addition to practicing in the area of Estate Planning, Jeffrey T. Schoenherr engages in the practice of Probate Law, Trust Law, Special Needs Trust Planning, Trust Administration, Conservatorships, Elder Law and Medi-Cal Planning.

PENDING RETIREMENT

After practicing law for over 40 years, Jeffrey T. Schoenherr is now planning for his retirement. The first step has been to join the prestigious Woodland Hills law firm of Rodnunsky & Associates. The firm has over 20 experienced attorneys practicing in the same areas of law that Mr. Schoenherr has for many years. Over the next two years Mr. Schoenherr will be phasing out his law practice by continuing to assist his past and existing clients, and by directing new potential clients to the right attorney for them in the Rodnunsky Law firm.
